A Warranty You Can Depend On

Syntec stands behind its products and certifies proper installation by requiring a commitment from everyone involved in adhesive applications. We provide the training to your team, including in-depth instruction to a customer-designated “lead” who can then train others.

Following installation, our experts audit the system quarterly to certify that application and installation are being done properly. To maintain standards of excellence, non-conformance requires customers to correct the issue and pass a certification audit within one month. After three strikes, Syntec de-certifies companies and will no longer cover any adhesive issues.

Our warranty includes Syntec flooring and Syntec adhesives for a period of three years if certification is maintained. The warranty will fall under Syntec’s Standard Warranty, and we will also provide replacement adhesives.
